The manager at A A storage, Rick, is an A+. He went out of his way to help us get our belongings moved in. We had a moving company deliver our belongings while we were not there. He watched over them and even stayed late to make sure the units were locked. Thanks Rick!
I rented a unit in 2009 and two more in 2010. I gave the required notice in writing and cleaned all three units. The manager, Rick, told me my deposits would be mailed to me by the owners. Numerous phone calls to Rick, face to face visits with Rick and he gave me the same answer every time, " I don't handle the refunds, the owners mail them out." He always said he would notify them again. ??? Really! I never did get my sixty dollars. Very poor customer service.
Still waiting for a refund of my deposit...4 months...on site manager says they mail it...never received...have given my correct address monthly! NEVER!
I rented a storage unit after I graduated College, you cant beat the price and the office manager Rick even helped get me settled in since I was moving everything on my own. I had the unit 9 months and everything went smoothly when I was ready to move on, got my deposit back in a timely manner and was able to move into my new place.
