I have lost all faith on this place. I thought it was changing for the better.....my mistake for thinking that. That think that since you have tolerated pain you should be able to continue doing so. Dr. Mcalla is unwilling to help and his nurse Dawn is as unprofessional as they come. He knows my condition and has examined me for it and will not help till I come to see him for what he has already seen me for. That requires time off work and continuing to suffer till seeing him again. I thought he was awesome but I have know lost faith. He could have given me something till I could come see him again for what he already seen me for but basically wanted to put a bandaid on it. This place is the same old joke it has always been. Thanks for nothing.
Dear Ransom ER staff. Thank you for helping my little girl Madilynn. We have come in several times because of "Nurse maids elbow.". You all have treated us kindly , respectfully, and promptly no matter how busy or tired you may be. She calls you her friends which is pretty good for a 3 year old. Thank you again.

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Do not trust management at all. And whatever you do, don't get hurt on the job. They will terminate you rather than take care of you.
I do not actually know today, as my appt isn't for a few days. I so glad I read reviews tho, as a few years ago it was a bad place to be for med care. My new Dr uses Ransom, and the reviews over the recent months show Much needed change! I am a lot less apprehensive about using Ransom hospital now, and I like Dr Goodwin, affiliated with you, much!
I have found a 5 star hospital in Ottawa and I have already told friends about. The hospital staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The hospital is by far very clean. The Radiology department is wonderful, the orthopedic surgeons are top notch, with the very best bedside manners. They talk to you in words very easy to understand. I was able to be seen same day, unlike other places that I couldn't get in for 2 weeks or longer. I am definitely a satisfied patient. The very best out patient receptionist. Overall I am very satisfied by far.Dr. Kenneth Wertzberger and his assistant Shane Alford are the very best......... If anyone is in need of a great orthopedic surgeon, they are the best.
