Loved my experience with Turner Flowers. The website was easy to use and had lots of options. I had a question on delivery for the flowers I was ordering for a funeral. I received great customer service and a promise they would make sure to take good care of the flowers. I received a email with a photo of the flowers before they were delivered and they were spot on to what I saw on the website when ordering.

I've met florists in the past who are fine seeking arrangements and trying for deadlines and that's fine and well.
But I've never seen a florist like turner's who goes out of their way to ask you what you want, explain shelf lives, listen to your stories, and be upfront about costs etc. it's wonderful and it makes me happy to have a business like this in Ottawa. 5* easy.
I LOVE TURNER FLOWERS!! I use them for all my floral needs. They always know EXACTLY what I am looking for and the arrangements are perfect. The flowers arrive on time and are fresh. They are priced right as well. It is so nice to know that I only have to make a phone call and they take care of the rest! This is the best place in Ottawa to get flowers and plants, no matter what the occasion!!
Great customer service! I called in an order for a sympathy plant. The plant was for a coworker's immediate family member and because I was calling from out of town I wanted to make sure the order was placed correctly. They already had the funeral service information upfront, which reassured me that the plant would get to the right place and at the right time. The man that took my order was very friendly! Would definitely recommend this flower shop. :)
