Called rented a car. Got dropped off by dealership. Oh sorry we don't have a car for u today. Now stranded. Don't trust!!!!!!
It's located inside the CarStar so it was a little confusing about where it was initially b/c I didn't see anywhere about it being inside another business when looking for it online. They were helpful but had limited cars, as expected for such a small satellite office.
I had to rent a vehicle while my car was in the shop. The Enterprise last was right on time, very polite,answered all my questions! The process went quickly, and I was very happy with them!
Everything from the customer service to the vehicle was exceptional! They took a stressful situation (unexpected vehicle repair) and turned it into a treat.
